How can I print my tickets?

As soon as an order has been correctly completed, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. If the event takes place within 24 hours of the order, the tickets are in PDF format in the enclosure of this message. If the event takes place in more than 24 hours, click on the link to print the tickets or save them on your smartphone. If you have not received an email, please wait for about 20 minutes as there may be a delay in sending the tickets. Do not forget to check your spam folder.
Download tickets to your Wallet
Please
access your account via this
link on your smartphone or tablet. The button "Add to Apple
Wallet" will then appear. Once you have clicked on the button, the number
of tickets will appear as links. Click on them so that the tickets are
automatically transferred to the Wallet. The language of the tickets always
corresponds to the language used when booking in the webshop. Use any Wallet
app (available in the Google Play Store) with an Android device.
I did not receive a confirmation email and it is not in the spam folder either
If you did not receive an email, you may print the tickets at any time from the
customer service area. Enter the order number (reference number) and zip code, phone number or email address in the corresponding fields. A page will open with the order details and the option to download the order.
I don't know my order number or my order is not found
If you do not remember information such as the order number, or no order is found, you have the option to have an overview of all orders sent to you. Scroll down in the
customer service area and enter the email address you provided when placing your order.
