What is the advantage of an account?

Faster check-out: If the address and telephone number are entered in the personal data, it is not necessary to enter them for each order.

Artists: you have the possibility to follow artists. You can follow an artist (social networks) either from our website or by importing their profile from Spotify.

Importing existing orders: It is possible to import orders made as a guest for a better overview.

After creating an account, some orders are not visible, why?

Orders placed and completed without an account can be imported under the "orders" tab. All orders that were placed with the same email address can be downloaded (email address registered in the account).

Do I have to have an account to buy tickets?

No, it is possible to order either as a guest or by creating an account.

Can I see my seetickets.ch orders and can I log in with my seetickets.ch details?

No - these orders are not visible, and you cannot log in with your seetickets.ch details.

Is it possible to delete an account? 

Yes, it is possible. Please select the "settings" tab and you will find the option to delete your account there.

Can I use my login to register on other partner sites abroad?

Currently, you can log in to See Tickets UK using your login details at www.seetickets.com.

I still don’t see my order (for example Fantasy Basel).

Orders booked directly on the organizer’s website (for example, https://fantasybasel.seetickets.com/ch) are not displayed in the account.
