How can I register?
As a ticket seller, you must log in to the platform with the same e-mail address you used for the original purchase. To resell a ticket, you must verify yourself. After registering, you will receive an email with a verification link, which must be activated. After verification, you can start selling.

What fees do I have to pay?
Different fees may apply depending on the event. These are displayed during the sales process.

What happens if my ticket has been successfully resold?
The ticket barcode is blocked and is no longer valid.

How do I receive the credit note?
You will receive an email notification as soon as a ticket is resold. You must then enter the bank details (IBAN) in your account to process the refund.

I have received complimentary tickets from the organiser. Can I sell them?
No - this is not possible.

I bought my tickets at a booking office. Can I resell them?
This is only possible if an e-mail address was provided when the tickets were purchased. This also depends on whether the organiser permits the resale of these tickets.
