See Tickets is part of Ticketcorner AG. Below you will find answers to the most important questions about integration and ticket purchase. 

Will my ticket remain valid? 
Yes. Tickets already purchased remain valid. 

Do I need to do anything with my ticket? 
No. You don't need to do anything. 

Will the ticket purchase process change? 
The ticket-purchasing process is the same as usual on Ticketcorner. For events that are already on sale and taking place before the end of autumn, everything will continue as normal.  

Who can I contact if I have any questions? 
On our FAQ page, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about orders, events, vouchers and other topics. We recommend that you first check the information available there. If you still haven't found the answer to your question, you can get in touch with us via the contact form. In order for us to process your enquiry as quickly as possible, please provide all the relevant information, such as the event name, your order number or your voucher code. 

I no longer have my ticket or I can't find the download. What do I do? 
If you purchased your tickets through See Tickets, you can access your order again at any time. Use the order overview and enter your order details. There you can download or print your tickets and receipt again. If you no longer know your order number, you can request it again via the order number query. 

Do confirmation emails, terms and conditions, the privacy policy or the legal notice change during the purchase process? 
Yes. This information has been updated. The aim is to ensure transparency regarding who the contracting party is. 

What happens with refunds? 
Until further notice, the existing processes will continue to apply to current orders. In the event of a possible refund, you will receive the relevant instructions from See Tickets. 

Will ticket prices increase? 
Tickets will be sold in phases via Ticketcorner. Prices and any applicable charges may vary from event to event and will be clearly displayed to you during the purchase process. 

What happens to my vouchers? 
Your vouchers remain valid. At present, these can still be redeemed as usual via See Tickets. At a later date, as part of the integration process, the vouchers will also be redeemable for events sold via Ticketcorner.  

What happens to my tickets if the event I booked is postponed or cancelled? 
If the event is postponed or cancelled, we will inform you by email. We will notify you if this affects your tickets and what options are available to you. 

After the change, will my tickets / barcode / QR code still be scanned on the day of the event? 
Yes. 

Do I need to create a new customer account? Or can I still log in with my old login details? 
Your See-Tickets account login details cannot be used to log in to Ticketcorner. For bookings via Ticketcorner, you need a separate Ticketcorner customer account. Existing See-Tickets accounts will not be automatically transferred. 

Where will I be able to view my orders in the future? 
If you purchased your tickets through See Tickets, you can access your order again at any time. Use the order overview and enter your order details. There you can download or print your tickets and receipt again. If you no longer know your order number, you can request it again via the order number query. Tickets purchased through Ticketcorner can be found in your Ticketcorner customer account. You will be able to view your orders and tickets there at any time 

How and where can I get a VAT-compliant invoice? 
For orders placed via See Tickets, you can view your order summary. There, you will be able to view and download your order, tickets and receipts at any time. If you no longer know your order number, you can request it again via the order number query. 

What happens with my data? 
The protection of your personal data is a high priority for us. As part of the integration, Ticketcorner is responsible for processing your data. Further information on the processing of your data and your rights can be found in Ticketcorner's privacy policy.

I purchased ticket protection; who should I contact if I bought my tickets from See Tickets?  
For orders placed on or after 1 July 2025, please contact ERV: Cancellation Insurance – Event Tickets. For orders placed by 1 July 2025, please contact www.allianz-protection.com. 

Why can’t I sell my tickets on the Ticketcorner fanSALE platform?  
For technical reasons, tickets originally purchased from See Tickets cannot be sold on the fanSALE platform.
