What does the ticket protection include?

Ticket protection from Allianz Assistance refunds the cost of tickets you have bought should you suffer from an accident, illness, etc. You are also covered against theft at the event.

If you are unable to attend an event due to an insured incident and wish to submit a claim, visit the online claims portal www.allianz-protection.com.

Please note that it is the insurance company (Allianz Assistance) and not See Tickets that decides on any reimbursement. It is therefore always necessary to contact the insurance company directly in order to claim a refund.
