Where can I buy/redeem See Tickets vouchers?
Our vouchers have a value of CHF 25.00/50.00/100.00/200.00/500.00 and can be redeemed in our webshop at www.seetickets.com/ch. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem them at an advance booking office.
You can buy the vouchers in the webshop at this link. The vouchers are delivered electronically by e-mail.

What do I have to pay attention to when using the vouchers?
The voucher number must be entered without spaces.
What happens if the total amount of the order is less than the value of the voucher?
If vouchers are not used up completely in one order, remaining amounts can be redeemed with the next order.
I have just purchased a voucher. Why can't I use it on www.seetickets.com/ch?
The data is transferred to the system once a day. When a voucher is purchased, it can take up to 24 hours before it can be redeemed.
The order process has been interrupted. Is the voucher then considered redeemed?
No - the voucher number is released again after 20 minutes.
Can I use several vouchers per order?
Yes - this is possible.
Do the vouchers have an expiry date?
The voucher is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
