How can I cancel or change my order?

Completed orders are excluded from exchange or return. For this reason, subsequent changes or cancellations are not possible. An exception is the cancellation of an event without replacement. Further information on cancelled events can be found here.

If you have purchased ticket protection for your order, then the amount will be refunded to you by the insurance company if the reason preventing you from attending is insured. You can find more information about ticket protection here.
