How do I place an order?

In the "Search Artist, Venue, Location.." window, type in the relevant search keyword first.

A preview of all events matching the search criteria will now be displayed. If the desired event is not available in the preview, also click "View all search results". A detailed list with all results will now appear. 

In the next step, select the desired event by clicking on the arrow. 

All information and price categories for the chosen event will now appear.
If you have received a code, enter it in the corresponding field and click on "Use code".
Please read all information about this event carefully. Completed orders cannot be exchanged or returned. 
Then select the desired number of tickets and click on "Continue". 

Afterwards, check all the details and decide whether you want ticket protection. The tickets remain reserved for you for a certain period of time. After the countdown has ended, the reservation expires. Scroll down and select the desired payment option and then click on "Continue". 

In the next step it is necessary to enter the personal data. Please note that all mandatory fields must be filled in. 
It is currently not possible to log in to your See Tickets account. You can find more information about the webshop here

It is then necessary to accept the General Terms and Conditions. Then click on "Buy Tickets". You will now be redirected to the page of the payment service provider. 

If the order has been completed correctly, a confirmation page with your order number will appear. Important: Only when you see the confirmation page is the order considered completed and the tickets definitely purchased.

Once an order has been completed correctly, you will receive an email with a link. Click on the link to print the tickets or save the PDF. 
If you don't receive the email, we ask you to wait for 20 minutes as the mailing may be delayed and otherwise check the spam folder. Besides, you have the possibility to access the tickets at any time in our customer service area
