What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?

What happens if an event is postponed or cancelled?

The organiser decides on the postponement or cancellation of an event. As soon as the organiser officially confirms a postponement or cancellation, we inform all customers by e-mail about the further procedure and publish the information on our website.

We always require official notification from the organiser of the cancellation or postponement of an event. If you have not received an e-mail from us and the status on our website is still unchanged, then we have not been notified by the organiser. Information on external sites, such as the artists' website, is not considered official notification.

Will the price I paid for my ticket be automatically refunded if the event is cancelled?

No. The organiser decides on the modalities of refunds. As soon as we receive the information, we will inform all customers by e-mail about the further procedure and publish the information on our website.

The event has been postponed. Will I be refunded?

No. Tickets for postponed events remain valid for the new date. The organiser may allow a certain period of goodwill for refunds. Whether a refund is possible will be mentioned in the e-mail we send to all customers.

Will I be refunded for postponed events if I have concluded ticket protection with Allianz Assistance?

The price paid will only be refunded if the reason which hinders you to participate on the new date is insured. The application will be checked and any reimbursement will be made directly by the insurance company. Further information on ticket protection can be found here
