Why can't I find the tickets in my See Tickets account?

In the first phase, See Tickets accounts are not yet transferred to the webshop www.seetickets.com/ch. For this reason, it is not necessary to register when purchasing tickets via the ticket shop www.seetickets.com/ch. If you have logged into your account on www.starticket.ch and do not see the order, you have purchased the tickets via the webshop www.seetickets.com/ch.
